Can I buy firearms online from Andy's? +
Yes. You can browse and order firearms, ammunition, optics, and gear through our online store. All firearm purchases are subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws, eligibility requirements, background checks, and transfer procedures.
What do you carry? +
Handguns, rifles, and shotguns; ammunition and magazines; optics and sights; holsters and duty gear; body armor; knives; safes and storage; non-lethal defense; cleaning and range supplies; plus department uniforms and apparel for approved agencies.
Do I have to be in law enforcement to shop? +
No. We serve law enforcement, fire rescue, EMS, security professionals, and responsible firearm owners. Some items are restricted to qualified or approved buyers as required by law or manufacturer policy.
Do you offer financing? +
Yes. Financing is available on qualifying purchases, subject to credit approval through our financing partner.
Do you offer CWL courses and training? +
Yes. We offer Florida Concealed Weapon License (CWL) courses with experienced instructors and are an official USCCA partner. Call (305) 575-2774 for the current schedule.
How do approved agencies place orders? +
Approved agencies and sworn personnel place and track department uniform, apparel, and equipment orders through OrderPad, Andy's secure law enforcement portal. Registration and approval are required.
Can you add our department's logo to uniforms? +
Yes. Department uniforms can be produced with approved agency logos. Authorization or proof of affiliation may be required.
Do you offer bulk or department pricing? +
Yes. We accept single and bulk orders with discounts for larger volumes, and there is no minimum order quantity.
What forms of payment do you accept? +
All major credit cards through a secure, seamless checkout.
Do you offer local pickup? +
Yes. Free local pickup is available Monday through Friday from our Miami Lakes location, and we'll notify you by email when your order is ready. Firearms must be picked up in person and completed per all applicable transfer requirements.
Do you ship outside of Florida? +
We primarily serve Miami-Dade and Broward County but may accommodate shipping outside the area upon request. Firearms are shipped to a licensed dealer (FFL) for transfer where required by law.
How long does an apparel or custom order take? +
Most uniform and apparel orders are ready within 5–7 business days. Larger or highly customized orders may take up to 10 business days.
What is your return policy? +
Returns are accepted within 14 days of pickup or delivery. A 25% restocking fee applies unless the return is due to a manufacturer or printing defect. Firearms, ammunition, and customized items may be non-returnable as required by law and store policy.
Can I exchange an item for another size? +
Exchanges are permitted within 14 days if the item is unworn, unwashed, and non-customized. The customer pays return shipping unless the error was ours.
What if there's a defect in my order? +
Manufacturer or printing defects are corrected at no cost. Contact us within 7 days of receiving the order.
Where are you located and what are your hours? +
14000 NW 82nd Ave, Miami Lakes, FL 33016. We're open Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and closed Saturday and Sunday. Get directions.
